Bishop Benezer is a Professor of theology with a PhD in Church Management and Counselling. He is the National President for All Nations Christian Church International University - Tanzania; and the founder / Global overseer of Universal Ministry of Africa (UMOA), Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Prof Benezer is an astute church administrator skilled in Church planting and local evangelism.
